Ningbo SENSONG launched a new series elevator weighing sensor SS-WL-AO. As related SENSONG R&D engineers said it+s an hall type sensor. And the sensor can contact-lessly detect the displacement change of elevator bottom, and realize the state detection of no-load, light-load, half-load, heavy-load and overload of elevator.

The SS-WL-AO sensor has the following main characteristics for injection machine:

1. Small size, only 45x45x90mm size, easy to install and debug.

2. Hall effect non-contact detection, no mechanical wear, long working life

3. Special IC circuit design, super anti-jamming ability. 

4. DC/AC24V wide working telephone, up to 150 mA working current

5. Ultra-high accuracy. Accuracy error of less than 1.5% can be achieved in the range of 15-20mm detection gap and -20C...+55C.

6. It can realize the state detection of no-load, light-load, half-load, heavy-load and overload of elevators. It is multi-purpose and cheap.
