3. Quality Testing
3.1 R & D Quality:
All SENSONG sensors are designed in strict accordance with international standards, and the development process are under standardized management and also system testing conducted at all stages of the product development to ensure the high-quality products designed.
3.2 Material Quality:
SENSONG has a strict supplier assessment system, and long-term stability of the use of world-class components suppliers (National Semiconductor, Japan, Honeywell, Panasonic, Toshiba, Philips, etc.) and strict raw materials Enter the factory inspection process.
3.3 Production Quality:
In production, there are strict process control and a number of quality inspection points and with mutual supervision, also there are final quality test after the final product potting.
3.4 Quality Improvement:
Regular quality training, ongoing quality improvement activities, rationalization of recommendations activities, SENSONG sensors quality are continuously by the quality improvements above.
3.5 Vibration Test:
In accordance with the provisions of the power, SENSONG sensor will undergoing a high-intensity vibration at a stable frequency and random frequency to verify sensor performance and the stability of the internal structure in shipment and applications. In the specified height, different faces and different angle of the sensors or sensor transport box will repeatedly undergoing free fall test to verify the main sensor function and mechanical strength to external shock.
3.6 Temperature Shock Test:
Confirm that the sensor function is not affected by sharp temperature changes after repeated cycles.
3.7 High-temperature Test:
At specified temperatures, humidity and test time, several cycles of experiments and tests are conducted to verify the sensors’ appearance, mechanical and electrical performance.
3.8 Low-temperature Test:
At specified temperatures, humidity and test time, several cycles of experiments and tests are conducted to verify that there are no physical damage or performance degradation to the sensors when stored and run at low temperatures.
3.9 Salt Spray Test:
Verify the high ability of SENSONG Sensors to withstand moisture, salt fog and atmospheric impact.
3.10 Hygrothermal Test:
By the cyclic variation of temperature and humidity at a certain intervals, to verify SENSONG Sensors high ability to withstand wet and humid atmosphere.
3.11 Rain Test:
Verify the SENSONG sensors’ ability of work properly when exposed to conditions such as condensation or leakage of water from the upper surface.
